According to the terms of use of Cubolis (the "Agreement"), Cubolis reserves the right to terminate the agreement, Cubolis service (including TeamSpeak) and/or access to our servers in the event of behavior on your part, which Cubolis deems a serious breach of the agreement, will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account. "Serious breaches" of the Agreement include the following conduct, among others:

1. Any behavior that endangers the gaming experience of other players.
2. Creation, use, offer, promotion, provision and/or distribution of the following, or aiding and abetting
3. Act as Mediator for servers (Cubolis Player Server Host), offering services that serve to initiate games (matchmaking services), intercepting, emulating or redirecting the communication protocols used by Cubolis as part of the games, etc. regardless of the method.
4. Use of third-party software that enables data mining or otherwise intercepts or collects information from or with the aid of games.
5. Cash purchase or sale or exchange of virtual objects that are used in a game outside of the game platform.
6. Use of your account by third parties (with the exception of a minor for whom you have opened the account).
7. Playing on the account of a third party
8. Initiation of an attack on a Cubolis server as well as the assistance or participation in such activities or other attempts to disrupt a server.
